Date: Thursday, 19 November Time: 18:30 - 20:30 Location: Blue Zone Press Conference
The one hour side-event will open with a 20-minute premiere screening of “The Spirit of Santa Marta”, a documentary commissioned by the Fossil Fuel Treaty Initiative and filmed during the Santa Marta Conference, directed by the producer of the BBC ‘Degrowth’ documentary.
The leaders who built this journey will then discuss what the ICJ opinion means for fossil fuel production, what to expect as Tuvalu prepares to host the world next year, and what it will take to secure a negotiating mandate for a Treaty. As delegations leave Antalya, we want to give them their next destination.
